Our client sought the right to relocate her two minor children to the State of Utah whereby she intended to marry a gentleman she had met online. Our Petition to Relocate was filed subsequent to the parties divorce. Our client was the primary caregiver to the children. The father was active and regular with his visitation. The father was an executive in a local corporation and we sought to increase child support based upon his increase in earnings. After trial, the Judge ordered that my client be allowed to relocate the minor children to Utah and that the father pay an increase in child support. Father was awarded liberal rights of summertime visitation.
